On May 17, Reba McEntire hosted the 59th annual American Country Music Awards at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.

The event featured performances from stars like Jelly Roll, Post Malone, Dua Lipa, Blake Shelton, and the stunning Miranda Lambert, who walked the red carpet before revealing her latest single.

Despite not being nominated this year, Lambert boasts an impressive collection of 37 ACM Awards, including the 2022 honors for Video of the Year and the distinguished Entertainer of the Year.

**’Country Elegance’**

Joined by her husband Brendan McLoughlin, a former police officer, Lambert made her entrance in a high-slit black dress with a deep V-neckline.

She complemented the outfit with a silver belt featuring light blue accents and a stylish silver purse.

McLoughlin, her partner since their whirlwind romance culminated in marriage in 2019, looked equally sharp in a black suit and tie.

Fans online quickly praised the couple for their elegant red carpet appearance.

One fan commented, “You always look fantastic, Miranda… in true country elegance, and Brendan’s suit (loved the boutonnière) really complements you too.”

Another fan noted, “He’s so proud of her. Look at those smiles; she looks gorgeous.” A third admirer remarked, “Wow, Miranda’s natural curves are stunning. This dress showcases her beauty while still being elegant!”

However, not everyone was on board with her choice of attire.

Some critics expressed their disbelief at Lambert’s revealing neckline, voicing their disapproval. One such critic remarked, “She needs to cover up,” while another remarked that there was “no need to give a free show!” A third chimed in, saying, “She has always leaned towards trashy over classy.

Not surprising,” and another added, “Looks like country girls are starting to dress like artists from other genres.”

**Cheeky Cowgirl**

Later in the evening, Lambert switched her gown for a playful cowgirl ensemble for her live debut of her new song “Wranglers.” She took to the stage in darker denim paired with a fringed jacket and a sparkling cowboy hat, adorned with two braids framing her face.

One enthusiastic fan praised, “LOVE the outfit with the chaps,” referring to the black leather chaps layered over her denim.

Another said, “You’re the best-dressed couple at the CMAs! And the performance of ‘Wranglers’ was incredibly hot! Well done!”

A third cleverly remarked about the location, saying, “Now they’ve renamed it Frisky, Texas.” Another added, “They rocked the carpet, just like she rocked the performance!”

**Falling Apart at the Seams**

On a less glamorous note, McLoughlin faced a wardrobe malfunction when his pants began to tear.

He later posted a photo on Instagram showcasing the large hole in his pants and humorously wrote, “Fun times were had last night… Pants held on until the very end.”

Fans quickly jumped into the comments to joke about the incident, with one saying, “That happens when you’re running with the fastest girl in town,” while another remarked, “I love how nothing is a big deal with these two; they just go with it.

You both look stunning!” Lastly, Lambert humorously added, “Free ballin!”
