Am I wrong for feeling disrespected by my husband allowing a female colleague to sit on his lap?

My husband is an executive at a major company though you would never guess that if you knew how he and his coworkers behaved.

On the executive level at least it is like a frat house.

He works with a woman (another executive) we will call Katelyn. Katelyn is difficult, but no one can do anything about it as she has been deemed “irreplaceable talent” and the CEO has been told to keep her at all costs.

She was running late for a meeting and they decided to “prank her” (idk how this is even a prank) and have my husband sit in her chair, because that is the type of thing she would throw a tantrum over.

Katelyn told him to get up and hit him a few times, but then simply sat on his lap and he didn’t force her to get up.

I only know about this because I was dropping off his briefcase and saw this through the glass window.

I was furious and when he got home he explained.

He said getting up would have made him look week and it wasn’t a big deal.

I feel disrespected but he insists I am being controlling
