Ingredients

:

4 Viennese cookies
16 ounces softened cream cheese
12 teaspoons jam of choice (blueberry, blackberry, etc)
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Tip: Choose a jam with thicker fruit preserve.
